We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects as shown below.

Frame Integrity (welds) - 5 years from date of retail purchase, we will repair or replace the frame at our option.

Paint finish -1 year from date of retail purchase, this structural frame warranty does not cover paint chipping, fading, or other cosmetic decay that is the natural result of environmental exposure to sunlight or inclement weather conditions.

Standard polyester fabric (specified on cushion tag) - 1 year from date of retail purchase.

Sunbrella@ fabric (specified on cushion tag) - 5 years from date of retail purchase.

Gas fire bowls, fire-pit accessories and other component parts - 1 year from date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage to fire pits due to excessive heat.

We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise if the model submitted for warranty claim is no longer in production.
